Palliative Care Program
For patients pursuing treatments, our Palliative Care Program delivers pain and symptom relief.
Feel comfortable as you continue treatments
The word palliative (click for) simply means medical care that focuses on comfort. As a premier hospice provider for over 30 years, pain and symptom management is one of our specialties. We developed our Palliative Care Program to bring comfort to patients who are pursuing curative or life-prolonging treatments, as an added layer of care.
Our staff will come to you–either in person or via telehealth–so you won’t have to leave the comfort of your home. In addition to being comfortable and supported, studies show that patients who utilize palliative care are more likely to make a complete recovery.
Medical Care
Nurse Practitioners:

- Work hand-in-hand with your doctors and specialists.
Emotional and Social Care
Social Workers:

- Assist with advance directives and care planning.
Palliative care is not hospice.
Which program is right for you?
Hospice and palliative are similar but different. Hospice offers more services and has more eligibility requirements. Palliative offers fewer services but has fewer eligibility requirements.
